Falcon Youth Football


Reserved for active Falcon youth football players only.

Please read before selecting your groups:

  • Discounts will be applied AFTER the first week of training to ensure registrations match the rosters.
  • All programs are 75 minutes each, which includes 35 minutes of speed/agility and 40 minutes of age-appropriate strength training.
  • Athletes will train like athletes by sprinting, jumping, throwing, and lifting each session.
  • Make-up sessions can be done on opposite days and every Friday. For example:
    • Tuesdays can be made up on Mondays
    • Thursdays can be made up on Wednesdays
    • All days can be made up on Friday. Reservation is required for Fridays by signing up at www.calendly.com/trainwithTFP
      • 8:00 AM – 7th – 12th grade
      • 9:30 AM – 3rd – 6th grade
      • A minimum purchase of 8 sessions is required for all registrations. Additional sessions can be purchased after initial registration by contacting Adam at trainwithTFP@gmail.com.
