How our schedule works:
All groups will close at 15 athletes per time slot!
Session times and age groups WILL change based on sign-ups. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that our offered times will fluctuate based on what age groups, genders, and sports sign up.
Groups with less than four athletes will be canceled. Athletes will be asked to move to a different time.

If you’d like to pay in monthly installments, choose the Paypal > Pay later > Pay in 4 option
After initial registration, additional sessions can be purchased by contacting Coach Adam at trainwithTFP@gmail.com.
You are responsible for checking in with the TFP staff to inquire how many sessions they or their children have left for the season. Any extra sessions used over the prepaid amount will be billed to your account for payment at the end of the winter session.
How to sign up:
Pick a time and number of sessions you’d like to purchase below. A minimum of 10 sessions is required to sign up. Click Add to Cart.
On the next page, click View Cart and fill out the information below.
On the last question of the page, pick the days you wish to sign up for.
1 day per week: Select any day, Monday-Friday.
2 days per week: We recommend a Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday split, or any day plus Friday.
3 days per week: Choose Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Friday.
Note: All Friday sessions during the spring are at 5 pm only.
