NOTE: Our schedule is very flexible until we begin. If you’d like to set up a group at a specific time that is not offered, text us at 413-221-2893. We have the ability to add/update group times based on individual and group interest.

Schedule

Our fall program begins Monday, September 9th, and runs 12 weeks until Wednesday, November 27th. You can choose between 12-24 sessions based on availability and sports schedule. Feel free to train 1-4x a week with our new program model!

Pro-rate your program on the sign up now page and only pay for the sessions you will use. You will be billed for any extra sessions used in the fall period.

Make-ups:

  • Make-up sessions can be done on opposite days during the fall. Please coordinate with Coach Adam at 413-221-2893 for the best group.

Note: Our fall program will include a different emphasis each day. Athletes can train on any day, but we ask you to set a consistent schedule like sports practice to ensure the best results!

BLACKOUT DATES:

  • Thursday, October 31st (US Halloween) and Thursday, November 28th (US Thanksgiving) – If you normally train on Thursdays, please coordinate a make-up with TFP.

Note: The schedule is subject to change based on sign-ups, team programs, and personal training. Groups with less than FOUR athletes per group may be asked to move to a different time. TFP reserves the right to switch age groups and/or move athletes based on interest, availability, and/or group numbers.

Pricing and Packaging

Our programs run seasonally, much like the youth sports season. Our fall program runs for up to 12 weeks from Monday, September 9th through Wednesday, November 27th. This is the PERFECT time for winter and spring athletes to peak for their sport seasons!

All sessions must be used within the season it was purchased for. Sessions cannot be extended into future seasons (winter, spring, summer, etc.)

You can start the program at any time. However, we recommend starting as close to the seasonal start date of September 9th to stay in line with the rest of the group.

All sports performance training sessions for athletes are just $20 per hour!

Teams of 15-19 will save 20% and teams of 20+ will save 40% if training at the same time. Contact us at 413 221 2893 or trainwithTFP@gmail.com to learn more!

Session Details

Each session follows a structured, scientifically backed format to optimize performance. All programs (except personal training) follow this framework:

  • 10 minutes: Active warm-up
  • 10 minutes: Linear, lateral, or multi-directional for 1st step quickness, change of direction, agility, breakaway speed
  • 10 minutes: Upper/lower body power development and ACL-injury prevention jumping and throwing
  • 30 minutes: Full-body, age-appropriate power and strength training
