Our programs are designed to improve:

NOTE: Our schedule is very flexible until we begin. If you’d like to set up a group at a specific time that is not offered, text us at 413-221-2893. We have the ability to add/update group times based on individual and group interest.

Schedule

Our fall season begins during the week of Monday, September 8, and will conclude Wednesday, November 26. 

The entire program runs up to 12-WEEKS! Sign up for as many sessions as you’d like within those 12 weeks.

If you are starting at another time during the 12 weeks, please let us know so we can plan the group sizes accordingly.

Pro-rate your program on the sign up now page and only pay for the sessions you will use. You will be billed for any extra sessions used in the fall period.

General public group times open right now:

7th-12th grade:

  • Mondays/Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30pm
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: 5:30-6:30pm

3rd-6th grade:

  • Mondays/Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30pm
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: 4:30-5:30pm

Baseball-specific program:

  • 3rd-6th grade: Mondays: 6:00-7:00pm
  • 7th-12th grade: Mondays: 7:00-8:00pm

Basketball-specific program (Surburban):

  • Co-ed 5th/6th: 6-7pm
    9/9 and 9/11 – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
    9/16 and 9/18  – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
    9/23 and 9/25 – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
  • Co-ed 7th-8th: 7-8pm
    9/9 and 9/11 – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
    9/16 and 9/18  – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
    9/23 and 9/25 – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court

Basketball-specific program (CYO):

  • Co-ed 3rd/4th: 6-7pm

    9/30 and 10/2 – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
    10/7 and 10/9  – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court
    10/14 and 10/16 – Tuesday at TFP/Thursday at WMS Basketball Court

GROUP SCHEDULING:

The schedule is subject to change based on sign-ups, team programs, and personal training. Groups with less than FOUR athletes per group may be asked to move to a different time. TFP reserves the right to switch age groups and/or move athletes based on interest, availability, and/or group numbers.

MAKE-UP SCHEDULE

In our fall program, make-ups are available throughout the week, on opposite days, by special request.

Pricing and Packaging

Our programs run seasonally, much like the youth sports season. Our fall program runs for up to 12 weeks from Monday, September 8 through Wednesday, November 26. This is the PERFECT time for winter athletes to lay the groundwork for a solid offseason and prepare for winter pre-season!

All sessions must be used within the season it was purchased for. Sessions cannot be extended into future seasons (winter, spring, summer, etc.)

You can start the program at any time. However, we recommend starting as close to the seasonal start date of September 8th to stay in line with the rest of the group.

All sports performance training sessions for athletes are just $20 per hour! Sessions are 60 minutes long 

Teams of 15-19 will save 20%, and teams of 20+ will save 40% if training at the same time.

Session Details

Each session follows a structured, scientifically backed format to optimize performance. All programs (except personal training) follow this framework:

  • 10 minutes: Active warm-up
  • 10 minutes: Linear, lateral, or multi-directional for 1st step quickness, change of direction, agility, breakaway speed
  • 10 minutes: Upper/lower body power development and ACL-injury prevention jumping and throwing
  • 30 minutes: Full-body, age-appropriate power and strength training
