Football Speed and Agility

  • Prepare for your summer football camps with expert coaching on the 40 yd sprint, 5-10-5, L-drill, 60-yard shuttle, and vertical/long jump!
  • Develop your 1st step quickness and breakaway speed every Sunday morning from 9 to 10:30 am on Field 3 in Soccer City
  • 8 Sundays total
  • Begins March 26th – Ends May 21 (Off Easter Sunday – April 9th)
  • All ages are welcome but training will be focused on athletes who will be competing in summer football combines, showcases, and invitationals.

Note: This program does not involve any weight training and focuses exclusively on speed, agility, and power training. A minimum of 20 athletes must be registered in advance for this program to run. If there is a lack of sign-ups, all funds will be returned.
